A new therapy service for kids has opened up in Ft. Greene.  They do occupational therapy, physical therapy, yoga and handwriting help. See below for a comprehensive list of their services.  They are offering free classes this month to introduce Brooklyn to them and their new studio. Elizabeth and David: founders of Lotus Therapy are licensed Occupational Therapists and Registered Yoga Teachers specializing in pediatrics. Traditional occupational therapy training allows them to identify specific areas of deficit while the yoga training empowers them to be aware of the vital connection between the mind, body and spirit. Some of their services are: comprehensive evaluation, individual OT and PT, group therapy, yoga, Sensory Integration Praxis Test, Sensory Integration Therapy, Assistive Technology Evaluation, Theraputic Listening Program, Handwriting Help with special tools and Summer Programs.
